Lethbridge Solutions Ltd was established in 2011 and has been providing services to London and the South East ever since.

Douglas Lethbridge, our Lead Consultant, has over 13 years’ experience in the private security industry in various roles.
As a member of the Security Institute, he is a firm believer in continuous professional development, so has has further enhanced his skillset by achieving a Level 4 Certificate in Crowd Management and a Level 6 Diploma in Security Management. He is also First Responder qualified and holds an NCRQ Safety for Managers certificate, whilst also currently studying towards NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. More recently during the Covid-19 lockdown period he has completed the NVQ3 Spectator Safety, Level 5 Award in Crowd Safety Management and several courses with The Institute of Strategic Risk Management both in risk management and the planning of major events.
