Cross Sector Safety and Security Communications COVID -19
The UK Government has released the following CSSC information below regarding COVID-19.
“The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has confirmed that as of 9am on 9 March 2020, 24,960 people have been tested in the UK, of which 24,641 were confirmed negative and 319 were confirmed as positive. Three patients who tested positive for COVID-19 have died. DHSC will be publishing updated data on this page on a daily basis at 2pm until further notice.
Make sure you regularly check the Campaign Resource Centre for the latest available materials.
DfE has set up a helpline offering guidance for anyone with education-related questions.
Note that all current coronavirus guidance produced by HM Government for health professionals and non-clinical settings is now in one place.”
The UKCMA have also released the following holding statement regarding the current COVID-19 situation;
